Looking at planing our 1st trip to Disney Feb 2014 for my twin girls 5th birthday. Plan on coming on a Friday 14th through next Friday the 21st and am already overwhelmed. Any suggestions on where to begin?

Take a deep breath, Christa, you'll do just fine ensuring that your twins have a magical day!  The fact that you're already planning for a 2014 trip tells me that you're off to a great start.  Since you've already chosen your dates, I would go ahead and scope out a resort.  There are a number of options in just about every price range.  I'm partial to Port Orleans Riverside for a moderate resort choice and any of the Epcot area resorts as a deluxe choice.  Once you've made your decision, you'll want to consider theme park ticket options.  Do you want to invest in the park hopper option?  It's not necessary, but can be a nice perk.  With that decision in mind, you can begin to plan a loose itinerary (which park to visit on which day).  And then comes the fun part: dining options.  You'll definitely want to plan a special birthday meal, perhaps a princess breakfast would be in order.  At the 180 day mark, you should schedule your dining reservations.  From there, you can begin to add pixie dust to your trip in the way of tours and special experiences.  Finally, you'll want to research the attractions in each park and create a must do list.

Rest assured that the moms are here to help each step of the way!  We've got your back!
