I am looking for help with a 14 day itinerary. We have 2 pre school children, and have a 14 day Disney pass. We want some quiet days and are also happy to leave parks early, just visit for the evening etc.

    Hello, Victoria!!

I am SO excited for you and your family on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

Here are some suggestions that I think will allow you to take your time and experience everything Walt Disney World has to offer:

    1.  My experience is the first day of vacation is always so stressful because the kids are exhausted after traveling all day. That is why I suggest not going to a Walt Disney World theme park this day and just explore your Disney resort.  Walk around the area and get familiar with the resort. Let the kids take a nap and then go swimming for a while. Order lunch/dinner and take it back to your room for a relaxing time with your family.

    2.  On the days you plan to visit a Disney theme park, I highly recommend arriving to the theme parks BEFORE they open. You might be tempted to sleep in, and that is OK for some of your vacation. However, there are fewer guests in the park the first two hours after opening which will give you more time to ride your favorite Disney attractions. My suggestion is to leave after lunch for the kids to take a nap and/or swim. Based on how the kids feel, you can certainly go back and ride the attractions you missed.

    3. I don't think you are going to use all 14 days of your park ticket. I would decrease your ticket to a 10 day park ticket and not go to a Disney park the first and last day of your trip. Then, you could schedule two fun days outside the park! You could go to Disney Springs, ride the monorail and explore the monorail Disney resorts, make s'mores at Chip and Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, or make a really cool dinner reservation for Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show!

I know this only scratches the surface, but  I hope this helps you as you plan your vacation. Let me know if you have more questions!  I would be honored to help!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
