We are looking to go to Mickeys not so scary Halloween party. I am going to buy a ticket for that. Do I have to purchase a ticket to enter the Magic Kingdom park as well ? Or can I attend the Mickey Halloween party without paying for a magic kingdom ticket

Hello Carol and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

This year will my very first time to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and I can't wait! I am not sure if I am more excited to see the Headless Horseman ride down Main Street, U.S.A. or to meet Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. As you have stated, the Party requires a separate ticket. However, with that ticket you do not have to also have admission to the Magic Kingdom.

Here is some additional good news: while the party officially starts at 7:00 pm, it has been my experience that you can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 pm with your Party ticket. While everything is subject to change, I highly recommend arriving early.

I hope you have a "wicked" good time!
