Family planning a trip

We are looking to go to Disney World around November 13-17, 2019. Is this an extremely busy time to go?

    Hi Ali,

I hope that you're having fun dreaming about a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm so glad you stopped by so that we can help make those dreams a reality!

Actually, that time of year should be a great time to visit! My family has visited that exact week in November a few times and always had a great time! The entire Resort will be decked out in its Christmas finest, there will be several special holiday events going on, the weather will likely be quite mild, and the crowds are definitely manageable. Crowds will pick up a bit around Veterans Day and again at Thanksgiving, but that time in between shouldn't be very crowded.

The next step in your planning will be to choose a Disney Resort hotel, then 180 days before your arrival you'll be able to make Table-service dining reservations. There are so many delicious and fun options to choose from! The other big step will be to make FastPass+ selections and then you'll really see your itinerary come together! November of 2019 might feel like a long way away, but I assure you, it will be here before you know it!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ali, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
