I am looking into getting a folding wagon which is pushed like a stroller as opposed to pulled. It fits within the size ratings for strollers. Any idea on if this would be allowed in the parks as it is kind of a stroller/wagon crossover?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tina! Getting my kids around the park quickly and safely usually requires a set of wheels so their legs don’t tucker out before the fireworks show. I adore renting a stroller when we need it, especially for the storage and cupholders!

I’m sorry to say that any wagon type strollers aren’t allowed in the Parks per the Restricted Personal Items Policy. Oftentimes, companies are creating new types of strollers, but anything that is boxy and towed behind you is prohibited. The types of wagon units that are foldable usually don’t fit the measurement pages, either. Even if it does meet the size restrictions, I would be nervous to purchase it, bring it and then be turned away by security due to the fact that it’s related to a wagon. If I don’t bring a stroller from home, I enjoy renting one from Kingdom Strollers (an authorized Disney rental service) as it’s delivered right to my hotel concierge, set up with a rain cover and a cooler. My two kids fit perfectly in the double stroller models.
