We are looking at booking a trip to Disney but are having a hard time deciding when to go. How busy does it get between Christmas and New Years? Thank you for your help.

Hi, Cara! It is VERY busy.  Going during that week is not for the faint of heart.  I have visited Walt Disney World during the week between Christmas and New Year's.  It is a beautiful, cool time of year to visit, but it is also the single busiest week of the year.  My most important suggestion for you is to arrive early at the parks each day and do not leave.  During this week, the parks often reach capacity, and the gates are closed.  When this happens, Walt Disney World Resort Guests have the first opportunity to get in. Besides this, I encourage you to exercise patience, choose the a few things that you most want to do and accomplish them first, and enjoy the holiday decorations.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
