We are looking at booking resort reservations at Coronado Springs in February. We are planning to utilize the meal plan, however, and I am concerned that Coronado is not listed on the 2012 Dining Plan brochure whatsoever. Any thoughts?

    Hi Cassie,

I love Coronado Springs Resort! It holds a special place in my heart because it is where I became a Moms Panelist.

I do love the Pepper Market and think it is one of the best food court areas at Walt Disney World properties. I love the feel and selection of foods.

While the Pepper Market is not currently listed on the 2012 Dining Plan, it may change. Each restaurant has a contract to go on the Disney Dining Plan and they are not all finalized until December so there is still time.

If you really want to stay at Coronado and they do not offer a food plan options, you could use the credits you would take at Coronado Springs and use them in the parks or at other restaurants on the plan. You could have breakfast with the characters or grab a bite at park opening and go from there.

If you really want a dining option on site, then you may have to go to another resort. I love Port Orleans Riverside:)

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
