    Mike from MN Asked

How long does it take to get to receive the tickets I ordered in the mail?

Hello there, Mike! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sending in your question regarding Walt Disney World Resort tickets!

It can take up to 14 days for your Walt Disney World Resort tickets to be delivered via standard shipping. Sometimes, though, you will receive your order prior to 14 days. This specific duration is given to account for processing, handling, and shipping of your tickets. If it has been 14 days since you order your tickets, you can reach out to Ticket Inquiries by either emailing ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com or calling (407) 566-4985.

Did you know that certain theme park tickets can actually be linked to your Disney account as well? Once you receive your ticket number, you can use this to link that ticket to your Disney account for use during your trip. This allows you to access your tickets using either your MagicBand or Admission Card so you don’t have to keep up with multiple pieces of paper during your vacation. Simply touch your MagicBand or Admission Card to the touch point at the theme park entrance and you’re good to go! Linking your tickets will also allow you to make FastPass+ reservations for select attractions and entertainment prior to your vacation!

I hope this information is helpful as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Please reach out if you would like any more help with planning your stay!
