How long does it usually take to build a Droid at the Droid Depot? I already have a reservation, but don't know how long to plan afterward before a dining reservation.

    Hi Melissa!

The fact that you are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is fantastic! I enjoy the planning phase because it makes the actual events that much more special to see the hard work you put into making your days magical.

When we assembled our Custom Astromech Units at the Droid Depot, the entire process took about a half-hour, and that included everything from the time we got checked in to the time we browsed around and got checked out. I am sure that time will vary depending on the number of guests present, but I recommend giving yourself about an hour, just in case. If you happen to finish earlier, that’s a plus, and you can use that time to interact with your droid, take in the sights of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, or arrive for your dining reservation a little early.

Please return should have additional questions, we are here to help.

    Have a magical experience!
