How long would it take for us from the airport to Beach and Yacht club on magical express? We are traveling with a toddler and an infant so just anxious to get them to the hotel. Also, can we walk into Epcot for a quick dinner when we arrive at night?

    Hi Matthew,

You're staying at my very favorite resort hotel! Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are absolutely incredible. The feature pool which they share, Stormalong Bay, is so awesome that I sometimes have to pry my kids away from it so we can head into the parks!

Your question about Disney's Magical Express is a great one, although it is a bit difficult to give you a definitive answer. Generally speaking, I mentally budget an hour to an hour and a half to get from Orlando International Airport to our resort. On occasion, I have lucked out and I've made it in 45 minutes, but I prefer to manage expectations by planning for the high-end. Then, I'm pleasantly surprised if it's quicker. Magical Express buses stop at multiple resorts each time (usually between 3 - 4 different resorts). You never know if you're going to luck out and be the first stop or the last one, so that is where the time can fluctuate. The actual drive time from the airport to Walt Disney World Resort is approximately 35 minutes total (without traffic). On the trips where we were dropped off first, I made it in 45 minutes. There was one trip where it was closer to 2-hours though because of traffic, and we were at the last stop. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a quick trip!

Your resort is located just short stroll from the International Gateway which is the back entrance to Epcot's World Showcase. This convenient entrance allows you to essentially skip the crowds and head straight to dinner.

    Wishing you magical memories,
