    Hi. Logged in to MDE to check the balance on my vacation package and make a payment, but can't find the balance info & payment link anymore. Did they move it? If so, where can I find it to make a payment online? Thanks!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Currently, the link to make online payments through your My Disney Experience account is not available. Hopefully, this feature will be available again sometime soon. 

    If you'd like, you can call 407-939-1936 and have a Cast Member to assist you with making your payments.
