    Unfortunately I am not a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) owner, and am not from Canada. So, I had to do a little research on this one.  Here is what I found (apologies for some of the legalese, but I want to state it correctly)...

    Unfortunately, if you do not see your province listed when you are requesting online information it is because Disney Vacation Club, in accordance with applicable time-share regulations, is not registered in your province of residence and therefore they cannot provide you with any information pertaining to Disney Vacation Club at this time. You can, however, stop by one of the DVC information centers the next time you are at WDW in Florida for more information.

    I hope that helps a bit.
