    Austin from FL Asked

I live in florida and have a florida license however my newly wed wife maintains her out of state ID (We live together in florida now). What can she provide to ensure she is able to get the resident passes? Would a marriage license work?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Austin!  We’re so happy you stopped by to bring us your question.

Austin, a valid state ID with a current Florida address is the ideal proof of residency to enjoy the discounted rates on Annual Passes. But Hakuna Matata! Here are some other options you can use to provide proof of residency for your wife to be able to purchase a Florida Resident Annual Pass:

    Proof of Current Mortgage
You may use a monthly mortgage statement from within the past 2 months; it may not be more than 2 months old. Deeds, mortgage contracts, mortgage payment booklets and leases are not accepted.

    Bills, Policies or Registration
Current homeowner's insurance policy or bill
Current automobile registration, insurance policy or bill
Current Utility bill (power / phone / cable / water)
Bills can be no more than 2 months old (P.O. Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency)

    Mail
Mail from financial institutions, including checking, savings or investment account statements
Mail from federal, state, county or city government agencies
Mail can be no more than 2 months old (P.O. Boxes are not accepted as proof of residency)

Additional members of the same household must only provide proof of same residential address.

Congratulations on your marriage! Wishing you a lifetime of love and pixie dust.

We hope to see ya again real soon!
