A little overwhelmed....planned a last minute first time trip to DW!! We arrive late 10/4... Staying at Polynesian....Have 4 day hoppers. Please help with best itinerary. 3 boys 5,8,9. Dining advice too...seems most are booked!!

    Hey Kristen!

Okay, we will make this quick because you have no time to lose. Oh by the way, even a last minute trip to Walt Disney World is better than no trip at all! Here is a little guideline on how to tackle your trip. On the day you arrive 10/4 (you said late) pick your bags up from the baggage claim and keep them with you on the bus if using Disney's Magical Express. The park that is open the latest is Epcot on 10/4 it closes at 9pm. If you don't have time to make it before closing, catch the bus form your hotel to Downtown Disney to have a night of Disney Quest that closes at 10pm. There are 2 counter service cafes inside to grab a bite to eat. Or you can have a meal at Planet Hollywood and call it a night.  Day 2- Catch the monorail from your hotel to Grand Floridian and have a character breakfast at at 1900 Park Fare. This is a buffet style dining experience. Try to make a reservation, if not available attempt a walk-in, my family and I have walked into this restaurant several times. Spend the rest of the day at Magic Kingdom. Day 3-SPend the day at either Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Day 4- Animal Kingdom opens early for Extra Magic Hours at 8am. Spend half of the day there and half of the day at whichever park you didn't visit the day before. Your last day should be a travel day, if I calculated correctly. If you do a morning at Hollywood Studios catch a character breakfast at Hollywood and Vine Restaurant with the character from Disney Junior.  And on the day you visit Animal Kingdom have a meal at Boma-Flavors of Africa at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  I hope this give you a starting place. SEE YA REAL SOON!
