Is there a list somewhere that I can reference to know which rides have a single rider line? Thanks

Hi Leslie!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

There are currently four attractions at Walt Disney World Resort that offer a single rider entrance:

The single rider entrance is a great way to experience some of your favorite attractions without waiting in the standby line and without using FastPass+.  Usually, but not always, the wait for single riders is much shorter than the standby queue.  You don't need to be traveling solo to take advantage of the single rider entrance, but be aware that your party will be split up, and may not ride in the same vehicle.  It may be a few ride cycles until everyone can meet up at the ride exit.

For attractions without a dedicated single rider entrance, listen up as you approach the loading area.  Often Cast Members are looking for single riders to fill in available seats and you may be asked to come forward.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions.  Enjoy your visit!
