    Hello! I linked my ticket to the Disneyland app. It’s a 2 day park hopper with max pass, but it was a gift in a card form. I scanned it and says it was linked, but it doesn’t show up on my tickets. Can I just show up to Disney and scan the card again?

    Thanks for coming by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad to hEAR you are using the Disneyland app. It's a fantastic tool for managing park tickets, checking attraction wait times, placing a Mobile Food and Beverage Order or for making your next Disney FASTPASS selection with Disney MaxPass.

    That's too bad that your tickets didn't show up after scanning into the app. Not to worry, though. You are right. It will be just fine to show up at the main entrance turnstiles with your Disney eTicket or ticket card. The friendly Cast Member at the turnstile will be able to scan your card and get you on your way to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    To sort out technical issues with the Disneyland app, here are some things to try:
    • Make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded from your mobile device's app store.
    • Within the Disneyland app, you may want to log out of your Disney account and log back in.
    • For many issues with accounts, passwords, and linking tickets, you may call or email technical support. The phone number is (714) 520-6222.
    • Cast Members at the main Guest Relations locations may also help sort out technical issues.
