    I have linked my reservation, but the option for customize magic bands is not coming up. What do I need to do?

    Hello Suzanne, and thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    You are well on your way to planning the ultimate vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. Now that you have linked your reservation to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to click on the MagicBands and Cards tab and see the option to order. Click on “get started” to begin your order.

    If you do not see the option to place an order, it is quite possible that you could be experiencing a technical issue in My Disney Experience. If your trip is more than 2 months away, you could wait a few days and try again. If your trip is coming up before the end of the year, you may want to contact a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277. They are standing by to help you customize and personalize your MagicBands for your upcoming trip. I hope that helps with your planning.
