I linked my parents tickets to my account, but now want my sister to manage fast passes for them. What do I need to do? Karen

Hi, Karen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

How fun that you are planning a magical vacation with extended family to the Walt Disney World Resort! I hope you make unforgettable memories that you will surely cherish for many years to come!

My favorite memories from my Disney vacations are the ones where my entire family was there together. I have the most amazing picture with my whole family and all the cousins laughing and hugging at Epcot. It was a really sweet moment captured in a picture that brings a smile to my face every time I look at it. Shout out to our amazing Disney PhotoPass Photographer who was able to capture everyone with their eyes open and with big Disney smiles!

Karen, when planning a vacation with a big group, as long as everyone is linked together in their My Disney Experience accounts and all the permissions are set correctly, any designated person can make plans for the group. Make sure that your parent's account is set up so that your sister can make plans for them. When you are in their Family and Friends tab in My Disney Experience, select update by their name, then Share my List, and make sure everyone making plans together has the All My Plans option marked.

If you have any hiccups setting this up, you can reach out to Disney’s Internet Help Desk at 407-939-4357 where a savvy Cast Member can access your account and assist you.

I hope you have a truly magical visit! Be sure to consider adding Memory Maker to your vacation. You’ll definitely want all those magical moments captured to be yours forever!

Have a pixie dust filled day,

    Emille
