I am linked to my friends and family for our reservations (hotels, dinners) but not for Fast Pass. I want to see which ones they have so we can coordinate. How can I do that? Thank you!

    Hi Mary,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

It sounds as though you have your settings in My Disney Experience set up so that you can only see your shared plans with the people who will be joining you during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

If you want to be able to see all of their plans, including their FastPass+ selections, you’ll need to go to the “Friends and Family” section of My Disney Experience. Click on the “Update” link for each Guest who will be vacationing with you. Once you do that, you’ll see “Choose Which Plans and Photos [your friend’s name] Can See” and, under that, two choices of radio buttons: “All My Plans” or “Only Our Shared Plans” and make sure that “All My Plans” is selected. You should be able to see everyone’s plans after doing that for each Guest.

If that doesn’t resolve your problem, please contact Walt Disney World Resort. If you follow that link, you’ll see a phone number associated with My Disney Experience. If you call that number, they’ll be able to provide you with further assistance.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
