I linked my Caribbean hotel and my tickets to my Disney Experience and I can only view fast passes 30 days in advance not 60 days. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Ashley!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are planning a fantastic Walt Disney World Resort vacation with a stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort! I have incredibly fond memories of staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort with my mom and we made amazing memories together. I'm sure you are going to have a fantastic vacation!

FastPass+ reservations are a great way to make the most of your time during your trip. Since you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you can make your FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance of your vacation, which will help you get reservations for everything on your "must-do list"! Since you have linked your hotel reservation and your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you are all set to make your FastPass+ reservations.

Beginning 60 days in advance of your trip, your FastPass+ reservation window will open to allow you to make your reservations for your vacation. While you are more than 60 days away from your trip, you will only be able to make FastPass+ reservations for the next 30 days. So while I don't have your exact vacation dates, it sounds like you are more than 60 days away from starting your magical vacation. Once your countdown gets under 60, you will be able to book your FastPass+ reservations for your trip!

If you are within 60 days of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you can come back to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel and we can help you continue to troubleshoot or you can contact My Disney Experience technical support at (407) 939-4357. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
