How do I link a 12yr old to a ticket purchases for two with one confirmation?

Hi, Cheryl! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. Earlier this summer, I purchased tickets for my daughter and myself. I did have one confirmation number for this purchase, so I believe I may have the information you need to get your tickets linked correctly.

Cheryl, I want you to first sign on to your My Disney Experience account and make sure you have the 12-year-old listed in your Family & Friends list. If you do not see the name there, then click the Add a Guest button and add your "tween." Once added, you will need to link the tickets using the confirmation number. Both tickets that were purchased during the single transaction should show on your screen. You will be able to then assign a person from your Family & Friends list to link to each ticket. That's it!

If both tickets do not load when you link the confirmation number, or if you have any difficulty getting the tickets to correctly link, then I would like for you to give a ticketing agent a call. They should be able to get you squared away and ready for your unforgettable Disney day. By the way, Cheryl, be sure to link your tickets well in advance of your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, as I am sure you will want to make FastPass+ selections for your favorite attractions. If you are staying in one of the Resort hotels, then you can begin making FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of your check-in date. If you are staying off-property, then you will make your first day's FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance.

I hope this helps you with your ticketing issue, Cheryl. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
