How do i Link my tickets to my Disney App .

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Linking your Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account is a pretty simple process and I am going to walk you through it. Here are the steps if you are using the mobile app:

    1. Open the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone
    2. Log into your account
    3. Under the section "Park Info & Entry" you'll see an icon titled "My Tickets" - click that
    4. On the top right of your screen, you should see a white + sign in a blue circle - click that
    5. This will open a drop-down window. Select the option "Link Tickets & Passes"
    6. From there you'll type in the ID code on the ticket or scan it with your camera.
    7. Then you'll assign it to the person the ticket belongs to
Easy peasy. I just went through the steps on my phone as I typed and it took me less than 5 minutes. You can also link the tickets to your My Disney Experience on your computer. Here's how to do that

    1. Log into the My Disney Experience website
    2. On the top right of your screen, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab
    3. This will open up a drop-down window. Select "My Plans"
    4. Scroll down and hover over the "Park Tickets" tab this will open up another drop-down window. Select "Link Tickets"
    5. From there you'll need to type the ID number on the back of your ticket or the confirmation number
    6. You'll next assign it to the owner of the ticket
    7. Confirm
That's it! I think this step-by-step guide will help you link your tickets in no time. If you have trouble, come back and we can figure it out together.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
