How do I link park tickets to magicbands?

Hello Michelle, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hear that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I have good news for you. There is a planning tool that you can use that will link all of your vacation plans to your MagicBands. When you purchased your tickets, you were more than likely signed in to your My Disney Experience account. You have probably already assigned these tickets to you and members of your travel party.

If you haven’t, Hakuna Matata, you can still link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account by signing in and hover over the tickets button. A button to link your ticket will appear. When you click on it, you will be able to enter your confirmation or ticket ID numbers. Once you have entered the ticket numbers for everyone in your travel party, you can assign them to everyone. Be sure to assign adult tickets to anyone ages 10 and over. Once you have confirmed your choices and saved them, your tickets will be linked to your respective MagicBands. If you purchase any special event tickets, the process is also the same and they will be linked to you as well.

Once your tickets are linked, you can make FastPass+ selections 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are a guest of a select Disney Resort Hotel, you can make your selections 60 days prior to your check-in date. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
