    Maria from ON Asked

How do I link my one day park admission tickets to my active magic bands from a previous visit? I don't have a ticket or id number that the 'link' site is asking me for (just a booking confirmation number).

Hi, Maria! Thank you for bringing this question to us. I have some information for you that may help you get all linked up for your upcoming vacation. A friend of mine recently found a great deal on Walt Disney World Resort park tickets through her place of employment. When she sat down to link her tickets, she had the same issue you are experiencing, so we got together to dig for some answers.

Maria, if you purchased your park tickets via a non-Disney Parks related source, the booking confirmation number you were given probably is more of a reference code used by that source. You will need the Disney-related confirmation numbers, which we were able to successfully obtain by calling the Disney Parks Internet Tech Support line at (407) 939-7765 and choosing option 3 after selecting the preferred language. It took the Cast Member a good bit of digging himself to get the ticket numbers, but all was well in the end. Once we had the ticket ID numbers, she was able to link them to her My Disney Experience account and make her FastPass+ selections.

I hope this information helps you get your My Disney Experience account sorted before your magical vacation begins! Since your MagicBands from your previous trip should still be linked to the same account as your tickets will be linked, you should have no problem using those MagicBands to enter the park and access your FastPass+ selections. Please stop by again if you have any other issues or questions come up as you continue your planning.
