Can I link an off-property hotel reservation to My Disney Experience?

Hey there Susan. Thanks for taking the time to stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Currently, Walt Disney World resort reservations are the only hotel accommodations that you can link to your My Disney Experience account.

When our family Disney vacations take us off property, I like to have as much information as possible available on My Plans, within my My Disney Experience account. I log into my account and click on My Plans.  Here you will find a listing of your theme park tickets, FastPass+ reservations and any Advanced Dining Reservations that you've made. From here, you can add any notes that you choose.

Scroll halfway down the page and look to the right of My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. Select Add More Plans, scroll to the bottom of that list and click Notes. Notes allow you to add any additional information you may want to have handy within your My Disney Experience login. I usually add my rental car reservation information, such as pickup and drop off date, rental company, and reservation number. That way, if I mistakenly delete the confirmation email, I will have this information in my account, easily accessible. This section may be where you want to your off property hotel information.

Susan, I hope this helps. If you have more questions, please stop by and visit with us again soon. We're more than happy to help you plan your upcoming Disney vacation.

    Happy planning,
    Korliss
