Yolanda from Estado de Mexico Asked

How can I link my family to My Disney Experience app? When they open the app, should they use my account (my email and password)? My trip is in two weeks so I don't have the tickets right now.

Hello, Yolanda! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If other members of your traveling Party are over the age of 13, they can each set up their own My Disney Experience accounts and then you can connect to each other through your Family & Friends list. This is a great option for older children and adults traveling together because it allows each person to have their own login and password and gives them the ability to make and modify FastPass+ experiences directly from their mobile device using the My Disney Experience mobile app.

If your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is less than two weeks away, I would encourage you to go ahead and order your Theme Park tickets online. Once you have your ticket ID numbers, you can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account and go ahead and begin making FastPass+ reservations. Guests staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel can make their FastPass+ selections up to 60 days in advance of their visit, and those staying off property can make their selections up to 30 days before their vacation begins. The sooner you can get your tickets connected to your account, the better your choices will be for those experiences. (Of course you can always enjoy any Walt Disney World Resort attraction in the standby line, but your three complimentary FastPass+ selections per day can help cut down on your waiting time.)

Please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you, Yolanda! We’ll see you real soon.
