How do I link my Disney Experience when I am going at a different time as my daughter and I'm afraid it's going to mess up her plans

    Hi there, Sherry!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re so happy you have stopped by with your question. It’s our pleasure to assist you with your planning efforts as you dream up and plan an enchanted visit to the place where the magic is endless!

Sherry, when you link up with guests on your My Disney Experience account, each guest will be able to customize their plans individually, without affecting any other guest they are linked with but maybe not making plans with. For example, I’m linked with many of my fellow Disney Parks Moms panelists, but we don’t always visit the Walt Disney World Resort together. Being linked makes it easy to make plans together, but we can also make individual plans with our families without accidentally making changes where they are not intended.

An easy way to set this up is by going to your profile settings and under the My Family and Friends section making sure that you have it set to private and that your daughter has hers set to only show your shared plans. Also keep in mind that the platform will ask which guests you want to include in your plans before any reservation like Dining or FastPass+, and it will ask you to confirm before it makes any changes. So it’s pretty fool proof. But if you need any live help setting this all up, you can reach out to a Cast Member at Disney’s Internet help desk by calling 407-939-4357. These savvy Cast Members will be able to access your account and walk you through it.

Thanks again for stopping by! For any additional planning questions, please don’t hesitate to stop by.

    Have a magical day,

Hi! My name is Emille. I’m a mom of two and wife to a wonderful fellow Disney nerd! As a current Florida resident and Annual Passholder, I love being able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort frequently. When I’m not at the Parks, you can find me leading worship at my local church or traveling with a prison ministry I sing and speak for. I look forward to answering your questions and sharing some of my favorite tips to help you plan your next magical Walt Disney World vacation! Learn More About Emille
