Can you link different cards for different magic bands? My children want to put their Disney money on a pre-paid credit card but don't want to have to carry it, and would like to link it just to their band. Is this possible?

    Hi William,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's great to hear that you're planning your Walt Disney World vacation and that your children are thinking about how best to experience all the magic.

I love MagicBand and all its functionally cool and fashionably stylish wearable tech convenience. You can do a lot of neat things with your MagicBand. You can unlock your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room door. You can link your theme park admission tickets and your FastPass+ selections. You can link your Disney PhotoPass pictures to your account. And you can use your MagicBand as a payment device to charge food and shopping purchases to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room account during your stay. While you can use your MagicBand to charge purchases to your credit card on file with your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, the MagicBand itself is not a payment wallet to which you can add money or link an individual credit card.

William, one idea that might be worth considering is a lanyard pouch that could make carrying the cards a bit easier. You can visit Shop Disney Parks to see a few different options for lanyard pouches.

Here's wishing you and your family a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation.

    Enjoy your Disney!
