If you use On Line Check in are you considered checked in. Or do you have to be there for it to be a official check in

    Hello, Eddy,

The Online Check-in process helps to expedite guests' check-ins, but it doesn't replace the entire process completely.  When you complete the Online Check-in, you will provide traditional information such as your name, address, phone number, room requests, and credit card information.

By doing this in advance, you will simply need to go to your resort upon arrival and look for the Online Check-in Counter where you will show identification and then receive your Welcome Folder that has been prepared in advance for you.  It doesn't get your room ready any faster, but it does often speed up the time it would take you to check-in.  I have found it to be a great time saver.

Thank you for the question; please let us know if we can help again.
