Is there a limit to the number of family/friends you can combine on Disneyland’s MAXPASS? For example, could two families of five combine and get the same fast passes together?

Greetings, Matthew, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! What an exciting adventure your family is about to embark on! There’s nothing like experiencing the Happiest Place on Earth with family and friends!

I’m happy to report that your two families of five shouldn’t have a problem linking your accounts together to make a FASTPASS party. Here’s how it works: First, download the Disneyland app. Click on “My Tickets,” then select the “+” sign in the upper right corner. Select “Link Tickets & Passes.” Center the barcode for each ticket you’d like to link or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. When you’re in the parks and ready to use Disney MaxPass, you’ll tap “Get FASTPASS with Disney MaxPass” if it’s not already part of your tickets. The next screen will prompt you to create a FASTPASS party. If your tickets are already linked to your account, they’ll automatically show up here. Then, you can select or deselect which tickets to use for each attraction you come to. It’s a super simple process once you get the hang of it!

Be sure to take advantage of fun group PhotoPass opportunities, like on Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! Disney’s PhotoPass Service is a great way to keep everyone in the picture, even in a larger group like yours! Unlimited PhotoPass downloads are included with your Disney MaxPass purchase, so start posing for your photos as soon as you enter the parks!

I also recommend making dining reservations ahead of time since you’re traveling with a larger group. You can make them directly from your Disneyland app, too!

Wishing you many magical adventures at the Disneyland Resort with your family and friends this summer!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
