I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty making your FastPass+ selections. I assume you have already
linked your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservations to your
My Disney Experience account. If so, and both of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservations during your five day "split-stay" are appearing in your My Disney Experience account, I suspect you may be having difficulty due to insufficient ticket media linked to your account. For instance, if you only have a 4 day Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account, but you are trying to book 5 days of FastPass+ selections, this may be where you are running into difficulty.
If you have valid Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket media linked to your My Disney Experience account for all days you are trying to make FastPass+ selections and you are still having issues, please call (407) 939-4357 and a helpful Disney Cast Member will be happy to help you out.
