hi all, i would liek to surprise my husbadn with a cruise for next year for a 4 1/2 year anniversary present, would it be a WDW overload to book a cruise after we come back from WDW for our son's 5th birthday

You might be asking the wrong group, Tatiana, considering our love for Disney abounds!  That said, I can assure you that a Disney cruise vacation offers an entirely different experience than a trip to the Walt Disney World resort.  Both are magical experiences in their own right, but we've always found that the Disney cruise offers a slower pace and more relaxing feel than a trip to the parks.  Aboard the Disney ships you'll enjoy the same unmatched service and attention to detail that you know and love from Disney parks.  You'll also have the opportunity to sail with familiar faces (Captain Mickey and his crew!) and be entertained nightly with Broadway style shows featuring the big cheese himself!  In those ways, your Disney cruise will be reminiscent of a trip to Walt Disney World.  How it will differ, though, is that you will have the chance to visit foreign ports and take part in excursions that aren't available at Disney World.  From beach days, to shopping, to swimming with dolphins even, you'll find a whole new world of fun available to Disney Cruise Line guests each and every day of your cruise.  And the best part?  At the end of an adventurous day in port, you get to come "home" to Disney!  Now really, can you think of a better way to travel?
