How do I let Disney know our fight number to use Magical Express ? I didn't have it when I booked but do now.

Hello Russell, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great planning question.

You will love using Disney’s Magical Express transportation from Orlando International Airport to the front door of your Disney Resort Hotel. Making your reservation is quick and easy. You can contact Magical Express online or by calling (407) 939-1936. You will need to provide flight information for each member of your travel party. Once you have made your reservation, you will receive your travel documents about 2-3 weeks before your scheduled departure.

Before you check your luggage, you will place the special yellow luggage tags on your bags at your point of departure. You will also want to make sure that you pack your MagicBands in a carry-on bag. You will need them to unlock the door to your Disney Resort Hotel room and to check-in with the Cast Member at the Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center. Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you can skip baggage claim and proceed to the welcome center located in the Ground Transportation Area on Side B, Level 1. You will be whisked away in a luxurious motorcoach to your resort hotel.

Make sure you include your return flight information as well. You will receive a transportation notice the day before you are to return home, advising you of what time Disney’s Magical Express will pick you up. If you are flying an airline that participates in Resort Airline Check-In Service, you may check your bags prior to boarding the motorcoach. If your airline does not participate, you will need to bring your bags to the motorcoach and check them in when you arrive at the airport.

    See ya real soon,
