    Shera from ID Asked

We just left Disneyland on Friday and im wondering if we can still upgrade those tickets to an annual pass? If so how do I do it?

    Hi Shera,

I’m so happy to hEAR you just enjoyed a Fantasmic vacation at the Disneyland Resort. I hope you are having a magical day!

There are some guidelines when upgrading from a Theme Park Admission Ticket to an Annual Passport. The ticket must still be valid, you must upgrade no later than that last visiting day. Unfortunately your tickets would not be eligible for upgrading to an Annual Passport since they are fully used ticket media.

For future reference, on a multi-day ticket your Annual Passport would be backdated to begin on the first day that the original multi-day ticket was used. Also, keep in mind that when you upgrade to an Annual Passport you can choose any available Annual Passport of equal or greater value than the original Theme Park Admission Ticket retail price. Each Guest wishing to upgrade will need to be present at the time of the transaction. Be sure to check your tickets that they are not complimentary ticket media, as they may not be upgraded.

I hope this helps you. Please feel free to visit us again with any other planning questions you may have!

    Wishing you magic!
