Hello, we are leaving for WDW in a couple of weeks and plan on sending a care package from home with diapers, wipes, etc... Is there a size restriction of the box we send? We are staying at the Art of Animation resort, do they have a holding fee?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brian!

Congratulations on your upcoming Disney’s Art of Animation Resort stay. You will absolutely love it! Thank you for sending us such a great question about Disney’s Mail Services.

Many Guests choose to send packages in advance of their vacations in order to maximize luggage space and have the conveniences of home at their Disney Resort hotels.

The only size restrictions are the same ones imposed by USPS or UPS. I am happy to report that there is no holding fee at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. Resorts with Convention Centers are the only ones that have small holding fees.

Quick Tip: Below I have given you an example of how you should label your package. Please make sure the word GUEST, the date of your arrival, and the Resort Hotel’s full mailing address is on your package. I hope this helps!
