    hi - we're leaving for disney world in a week i'm having trouble deleting fast passes from the disney app, even though they're no longer valid. can you help with that? it's not showing up on line...thx!

    It sounds like Evil Emperor Zurg has your My Disney Experience Mobile App under his control! Let’s see what we can do to get you back on track to travel to infinity and beyond!

    I often find that the My Disney Experience Mobile App takes a little time to relay reservation/FastPass+ information. Sometimes, when I’m changing My Plans for an upcoming vacation, I give it a day or so before I check in on the Mobile App again. I usually have the quickest and most accurate luck when I delete, change, or add experiences to My Plans when using the Walt Disney World Website. In turn, the My Disney Experience Mobile App will catch up with the information and should display it within a day or so.

    Sometimes, I also find it helpful to log out of the My Disney Experience App and then log back in a few minutes later if I’m having problems.

    While talking with one of my comrades at Star Command, they said that if it seems that your My Disney Experience Mobile App and your Plans on the Walt Disney World Website are still not showing the same information, you should call Guest Services and have them assist you in matching up your FastPass+ selections so you get the best experience possible!
