    I am leaving for disney in 9 days.. i keep trying to do the early hotel check in.. each time it says error try again later. I have called each time I am referred to a completly different number. No one can help me. Any suggestions? Very frustrated!

    Hi, Cathy!   Sorry to hear you are having a difficult time with on-line check-in.   If you booked directly through Disney or a travel agent, call (407) 828-7128 for assistance.  Hopefully, they can help you out.     If this still does not help and you booked through a wholesaler or other third party, contact them to see if you have the correct confirmation number to complete your on-line check-in process.

    I know this won't help much, but if all else fails, simply check-in upon arrival.    While it is more convenient to get everything lined up ahead of time, the cast members who check you in are quite efficient and will get you through the process as quickly as possible.   Personally, I like checking in and chatting with the cast members to see if they have any quick tips on the resort or any fun WDW information for me!
