We are leaving in 16 days and we still haven't gotten our ME luggage tags or anything from Disney. When should we be getting these things? Should we be worried yet?

    Hi Melissa,

Wow, if you are 16 days away from a Disney World vacation, your biggest worry should be if you should bring an extra suitcase to carry back all your purchases.

Seriously though, the luggage tags and information booklet typically arrive two weeks before your departure. You are right within the time to be looking for them. The good news though, is even if they were somehow lost in the mail, you are able to utilize Magical Express with just a few easy steps.

I would give the booklet a few more days, but if it has not arrived within a week of your departure call 407-W-Disney to confirm that your flight information and Magical Express reservation was noted in the system. When calling, you will need your hotel reservation number. Once confirmed, all you need to do on arrival day, is proceed down to the Magical Express Welcome Center and check in at the counter. The Cast Members will look up your reservation (using your hotel confirmation number) and print out a new boarding pass for the shuttle.

If you did not receive and tag your luggage you can either head to the baggage claim area and grab your bags before going to check in at magical Express. The other option is to leave your bags and let the Magical Express Cast member know that your bags were not tagged. They will write down the information off of your baggage claim tickets and ask for a description of your bags. They will then locate your bags and deliver to your resort. Baggage delivery with magical Express takes approximately four hours, so make sure you carry anything you might need right away (like a bathing suit) in your carry on bag.

Not sit back and relax and count down those last few days! Have a great time!
