I have learned so much from this panel, thanks! Last Q. This is our kids first trip. I had the older 2 choose some must sees at each park from the website and video. Want my DD 1 to have fun, too. Is there anything that your babies especially enjoyed?

Hi Megan! You are right on with getting your children's input for their upcoming trip. The kids tend to get more excited when they have a say to what they will do as it is literally impossible to do it all in one trip! This prevents disappointment!

Although my own children are grown I have been blessed to share Disney trips now with my grandchildren who have visited since they were three months of age.  I have found that just walking around and seeing the activity is a lot of great stimulus for the younger kids.  Characters were also big on their list but each child is different and you will need to be prepared that perhaps a large strange body that doesn't speak also might scare little ones.  For attractions I found anything with music to be fun for them and there are good places where their cute babbling will not interfere with other guests enjoyment which is also something to think about. You don't want to find yourself worrying about other guests while trying to enjoy an attraction yourself.

Here are some favorites for my grandchildren at this age:
    Imagination in EPCOT
Nemo and Friends ride in EPCOT
Boat ride in the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT
Enchanted Tiki Room in Magic Kingdom
Country Bear Jamboree in Magic Kingdom
Its a Small World in Magic Kingdom
Peter Pan's Flight in Magic Kingdom
    Toontown in Magic Kingdom
    People Mover in Magic Kingdom
    Playhouse Disney in Hollywood Studios
    Kilimanjaro Safari in Animal Kingdom
Pangani Forest Exploration Trail in Animal KIngdom
Rafiki's Planet Watch in Animal Kingdom
Maharajah Jungle Trek in Animal Kingdom
Festival of the Lion King in Animal Kingdom
