I have just learned that I may be traveling to Disneyland for business! WOW! I am very well seasoned at WDW, but have never visited the original park and am very excited. Is there transportation, similar to Magical Express, from LAX to Disneyland Hotel?

    Megan,

What magical news you have! Thank you for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Megan.

Being that you are a Walt Disney World Resort pro, you are going to love coming to Walt’s original theme park. Getting to The Happiest Place on Earth is a little different though. You have options traveling from LAX to the Disneyland Resort, my recommendation is the Disneyland Resort Express. The Disneyland Resort Express is not Disney-owned or operated though, it is operated by Southern California Gray Line.

If you choose this option, after grabbing your luggage, head to the center transportation island and look for a green sign in front of each terminal. The Disneyland Resort Express bus visits Terminal #1 regularly. You do not need a reservation, however, there is a fee to ride.

There will also be other shuttle bus services waiting outside the terminal if you decide this is not the right option for you. The Disneyland Resort website has other ideas as well.

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please visit me here and let me know how I can help you plan your pixie-dusted visit.

    Wishing you magic!
