Hi, late renewing my Florida AP online. I know I have to go to park, etc. to validate the passes but I cannot remember if I can still book my FP before the passes are validated. Do you happen to know? Thank you.

    Hi Nicole,

Welcome back to the Florida Resident passholder family! Since you purchased your new annual pass online, it should already be linked to your My Disney Experience account. So you are free to make FastPass+ choices for your next visit, even though you haven't yet activated your pass.

As you may remember, you will need to visit a ticket window or Guest Relations location to show your proof of residency to activate your pass. You'll be on your way to a new year of Walt Disney World fun in moments.

Don't forget that as a passholder, you'll get a ton of benefits and discounts -- even more this year during the Walt Disney World 45th anniversary celebration, which runs through September 30, 2017. There's a 20 percent discount at 45 restaurants in the theme parks and resorts, plus a 20 percent merchandise discount at all Disney owned and operated locations at the Walt Disney World resort.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole. Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help with as you embark on another year of Walt Disney World fun. Enjoy!
