Hi there! Is it to late to plan a visit for this Christmas? I'm afraid there is a lot to plan and not enough time left. Will we miss most of the magic? Will FastPass options be limited from now on since most of people have theirs alread reserved? Thank yo

    Hi Carla:

It is never too late to plan a visit to Walt Disney World Resort!  For my family, the magic of being at Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season is simply enjoying the property with all the festive decorations.  There is truly something magic in the air during the Christmas season at Walt Disney World Resort.  Seeing that your visit will be very soon, you will be busy planning, but it is definitely manageable.  Given your dates, you may not be able to reserve some of the most popular FastPass+ selections, but there will be enough options for you to begin with.  I find that if you keep looking, different attractions do open up, especially as other guests finalize their itineraries and cancel certain reservations.  I was online last night and managed to select a FastPass+ for the meet and greet with Anna and Elsa on Christmas Eve.  The FastPass+ selections are great to have, but I don't think they will make a huge difference in terms of enjoying the season at Walt Disney World Resort, I wouldn't let that be the reason not to book.

With that being said, the Holiday season is one of the busiest times of year at Walt Disney World Resort, so if you don't think you will enjoy being there with thousands of other guests, it may be better to choose a different time of year to visit.

Hopefully I will see you at Walt Disney World Resort this Christmas Carla!  Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be happy to help.
