How late does the Magical Express run?

Hello Melinda, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

    Disney’s Magical Express
is the luxurious and hassle-free way to travel from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort Hotel. This complimentary transportation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. You can reserve Disney’s Magical Express online or by calling (407) 939-1939. Be sure to have your flight information for each member of your travel party handy at the time of booking.

Make sure when you arrive at your point of departure that you have packed your MagicBands in your carry-on luggage and you have tagged your bags with the special “yellow” luggage tags you will receive in the mail with your travel information. Keep in mind if you are arriving at Orlando International Airport before 5:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, you must collect your luggage from baggage claim and bring them with you when you arrive at Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center. The driver will load and unload them on the motorcoach for you. Otherwise, Disney’s Magical Express luggage service will pick your bags up and deliver them to your Resort Hotel room later.

You will receive a transportation notice the day before your scheduled return trip home. This notice will tell you when Magical Express will pick you up to go back to the airport. If you are flying an airline that participates in the Resort Airline Check-In Service, you can use Bell Services to bring your bags to the check-in area before noon. If not Bell Services can assist you with getting your bags to the Magical Express pick up area.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
