    can we use last years magic bands? they say active on account. do I have to link them to reservation?

    Hey Karen!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your excellent question about MagicBands!

    I am an avid MagicBand collector. I love matching MagicBands to my different Disney Bound outfits and have grown quite the collection of MagicBands over the years. I love that as long as I keep my MagicBands “active” in my Disney account, and they are in working condition, I can use them over and over again!

    You can most certainly reuse last year’s MagicBands as long as they are active in your My Disney Experience account. You can verify that they are active in the MagicBands & Admission Cards page of “My Profile". You do not need to link any of your personal reservations, FastPass+ entitlements or Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to them. As long as a reservation or entitlement is associated to the same Disney account as your MagicBand is, all of these will be automatically linked. In fact, I keep 10+ MagicBands active in my Disney account at all times and they all share the same entitlements.
