    Last week my daughter purchased a necklace at the Emporium at WDW and has lost it on the way home. I would like to purchase another but it is not carried online, is it possible to purchase over the phone I have the receipt & box with sku? tks

    Thank you for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question. I am sorry to hear your daughter lost her new necklace. I would suggest contacting the Merchandise Guest Services team at 877-560-6477 or by email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. Let them know the necklace was purchased at the Emporium, and that you have the receipt and box it came in. Their Cast Members should be able to assist you with placing an order for a replacement.
