On our last trip our youngest was too short to ride Splash Mountain. She had a melt down and the kind CM handed us a Future Splash Mountaineer pass. We are heading back in a couple of months and wondered is this good for our whole family or just her. TY.

Hello Scott and thanks for brining such an interesting question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It always makes my heart happy when I hEar a story which highlights how kind and thoughtful Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort can be as they really do at times go above and beyond all Guests reasonable expectations.
It certainly sounds like your little Mouseketeer had a magical moment when she was still too tiny to join Br'er Rabbit in his laughing place on Splash Mountain and although I have heard tales of the fabled Future Splash Mountaineer certificate I must be honest and say that I've never actually seen one!
I would think that during your upcoming return to the Magic Kingdom Park Cast Members would welcome your daughter as a Future Splash Mountaineer and on presenting your pixie dusted certificate to the Cast Member attending the queue area it would be at their discretion to honour the pass for your whole party.  However as Cast Members are simply Wild About Safety I'm sure that as per the current Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules children aged 7 years old and under must be accompanied when boarding any Attraction by a Guest aged 14 years old or older.
Wishing you and your lovely family a zip-a-dee-doo-dah Disney day!
