Last time I visited WDW, I remember having access to the Saratoga Springs (where we stayed) fitness centre/spa - does this still exist and if it does, is it still free to use for guests? Thanks!

    Hi Brooke!

Thanks for coming back to visit us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a beautiful resort with so many lovely amenities, and a great location near Downtown Disney. They have recently added a beautiful new bridge to connect the resort directly to the Downtown Disney Marketplace, making it even more convenient to stroll over for an evening of shopping and dining.

Senses Spa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort is a full-service spa and health club available to all Disney Guests. From massages to facials and manicures, you are sure to find something to relax and renew you! Senses Spa is open seven days a week, and reservations are accepted.

There is also still a fitness center located at the spa. The fitness center is complimentary for Guests who are staying at Disney Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, or for same day use for guests who have purchased a spa treatment. If you will be staying at Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, be sure to bring your Magic Band with you when you visit the fitness center. If you are staying at a different resort this trip, many of the other resorts also have fitness centers available for their guests.

Please come back to see us if you have any more questions as you plan your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. We are always ready to help you add as much magic as possible to each and every vacation!

    Have a magical day!
