Last time Beth answered the question about guest staying at Disney hotel can reserve a for Be Our Guest. I enter to the link as mentioned by her, but it ask for my Reservation ID, I put my Hotel Reservation and it doesnt recognized it. What number do I use

    Hi Humberto,

Thanks so much for your follow-up question!  When you visit the website and log in to check for Be Our Guest Restaurant lunch FastPass+ availability, it will ask you for your Disney Resort hotel confirmation number.  That number should be 12 digits long with all numbers and no letters.  If yours looks different, you can try a few things to find that 12-digit confirmation number yourself.
    • If you booked a room only or a vacation package directly with Disney, visit the My Reservations & Tickets page in My Disney Experience and it's most likely shown there.  If you're within 60 days of your arrival, you can also find that 12-digit number by hovering your cursor over the "Check In Online" link and looking at the last numbers in the link.  You can also try clicking that link and checking the last digits in the URL.
    • If you booked with a travel agent, they should be able to provide that number for you.
    • If you've received Magical Express luggage tags, the number will be printed on those.
Sending you pixie dust that one of those options works for you Humberto, but if not, just give Walt Disney World a call at (407) 939-5277 and the Cast Members should be able to help you out.  Just remember that availability for that lunch FastPass+ option at Beast's Castle is limited, but keep checking back if you don't see any openings at first.  Please write back if I can help answer any other questions.

    Have a Disney day!
