I am a larger size person and I am very afraid I will not be able to fit on the rides with my kids. I dont want to be embarrassed or to embarrass them are there certain things I should try to avoid ? Please dont be rude. I am doing my best.

Hi, Cynthia! I am a very plus-size person myself (as you can tell from the Moms Panel videos), and I have found Walt Disney World to be a very accommodating place to visit.  You should check out the WDW at Large section of the AllEars website.  It helped me tremendously in alleviating my anxiety about fitting into rides, theater seats, etc...  before my first trip. There is a wealth of information available there.  For the record, I can ride everything in all four parks.  If you have any specific questions, you can send them directly to me from my Meet the Moms page. Just click here, and  I would be more than happy to answer them.  Don't stress!  You can have a Magical vacation!
