I am a larger mom in size (275), and I am concerned with fitting on the rides. Are there any particular rides that I should avoid?

    Hi Kim,

Deb Wills and Debra Martin Koma have written an incredible book:  Passporter's Open House for Walt Disney World and the Disney Cruise Line.  It covers travelling to WDW with many special needs from things like physical disabilities all the way to dietary concerns.  The book provides a detailed description of each ride's vehicle and any possible limitations because of size. For example, the description for Splash Mountain reads " The logs have smallish bench type seats, which may be uncomfortable for people of size, including taller people."  I think if you take a look at the book before you arrive at WDW, you will have a good sense of what rides you will comfortable riding.
